Then add onion mixture that was created in step 1 and 2 into the slow-cooker as well. I have clarified the instructions further more. Hope it helps. You refer to a "potato and onion mixture from the previous step, but I don't see any such mixture. In step one there is an onion and cumin seed mixture.
